He served the profession as General Secretary and later President of the Nigerian Bar Association, and as Chairman of the African Bar Association.

His vision laid the foundation for the Firm’s continued growth and enduring reputation as a trusted adviser to businesses, financial institutions, government agencies, investors and private clients. The Firm continues to uphold the values and standards he established.

Mr. Idowu O. Benson, SAN, is the Senior Partner of B.O. Benson Law Office and leads the Firm in continuing the vision and legacy established by its founder. He has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, corporate finance, banking and finance, mining, infrastructure development, telecommunications, litigation, arbitration and regulatory advisory.

He has advised governments, multinational corporations, financial institutions, investors and leading industry participants on complex commercial transactions, infrastructure projects and high-value dispute resolution matters.

As a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, he is widely recognised for his strategic legal insight, advocacy and commitment to professional excellence.

Ms. Olutoyin Bright is a Partner at B.O. Benson Law Office with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, project development, telecommunications, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.
